Pre-launch legal draft
Operator legal name, registered address, monitored legal and privacy contacts, governing law, and final counsel approval are still required before production launch.
1. Current V1 position
The current noma V1 does not intentionally use advertising cookies, cross-site behavioral advertising, or third-party analytics cookies.
The site uses browser storage for features that you request, including saved favorites and your privacy-choice acknowledgement. This storage is associated with your browser rather than a signed-in account.
2. Storage used
- `enclave:favorites`: stores listing identifiers you choose to save in local storage.
- `enclave:privacy-choice`: may store that you have reviewed or closed privacy choices.
- Framework, hosting, security, or load-balancing infrastructure may set strictly necessary cookies when deployed, even if they are not present in local development.
3. External requests
The map requests tiles from an external map provider. That provider may receive your IP address, browser information, requested tile coordinates, and request time under its own terms. Opening WhatsApp or another external service likewise transfers you to that provider.
4. Your controls
- Use the Privacy choices control in the footer to review current storage and clear noma favorites.
- Use browser controls to inspect, block, or delete cookies and site data.
- Blocking required storage may prevent favorites, sessions, security, or preference features from working.
5. Future analytics or advertising
If noma later introduces optional analytics, personalization, or advertising technologies, this notice and the preference control must be updated before activation. Where required, those technologies will remain disabled until valid consent is obtained.
